Tyler Mackay is an expert in business management, particularly within the agricultural sector. As the CEO of Rev5, he's collaborated with various entities to develop organic growth products.
Chris is the Chief Inventor, Scientist and Agronomist for Rev5, with over 20 years of experience in Canadian agriculture, leading horticultural businesses for UAP/Nutrien and founding ProAG. He holds a degree in Horticulture Technology from Kwantlen Polytechnic University, with a background in mechanical and chemical engineering.
Andre Daly is the Chief Financial Officer for Rev5, a cutting-edge agricultural technology company. He has successfully founded and managed multiple businesses, leading them to successful exits.
Sunil Pallapolu is the Chief Product and Information Officer for Rev5, specializing in product development and technology-led innovation with over 20 years of experience in financial services technology.
Louis is an accomplished international investor, legal expert, and strategic advisor with more than 36 years of experience in private equity, venture capital, and global trade. He is the Founder and CEO of PH-PLUS International, and currently serves as Managing Director for the Americas at Virtus Group of Companies. Louis holds a Juris Doctor and an LL.M. in International Business Law from the University of Southern California. He is recognized for his ability to align financial strategy with legal rigor, bridging international law, mergers and acquisitions, and sustainable development.
Steve is the Managing Director of LiveFarmer (UK), a leading provider of farm management software solutions. He has a proven track record of developing innovative products that help farmers optimize their operations and increase profitability. His current focus is on the launch of Rev5, a new product that aims to reduce fertilizer use and improve soil health on farms.
Bryan is a business veteran with a background in IT and a passion for sustainable agriculture. After years in consulting and leading companies, he saw the impact of traditional farming and decided to focus on eco-friendly solutions. Bryan's expertise and commitment to sustainability make him a valuable partner for Rev5 and their mission.
Peter has a background in sales and marketing and is based in Houston, TX. He is married with two children. Changing the prevailing paradigm has always been a focus of his. Although not a farmer, he has always had a fascination for growing things and has a keen interest in the newest farm technology. When asked about why he came on with REV5 he says "Sub-nano fertilizer is the game changer that growers have been waiting for. I need to be a part of the revolution!"
Rob is a project manager at PakWin Solutions, a sustainability consulting company, based in Phoenix, Arizona, focused on emerging cleantech, resonance and precision agriculture technologies. His passion for the outdoors, the environment and soil health has lead him on this journey of innovation to help farmers and growers of all kinds especially turf grass. He is also an avid golfer! With over 20 years experience in sales and finance, he is very excited to be a part of the Rev5 team and the next agricultural revolution!
Louis obtained his B.Sc in Pasture Science, he actively managed part of his family's farming enterprise of cattle and corn. Having also been passionately involved in the regenerative agricultural, he found Rev5 to be the perfect solution to bridge the eco-conscious/regenerative movement with commercial agriculture and its challenges.
Achille currently manges a Family Estate in Rwanda (Dairy & Crop Farm and managing Real Estate properties) and is the Managing Partner of two business support companies headquartered in Rwanda and Canada. He has spent 25+ years as a business owner and operator in East Africa. He also has had a 7 year Policing Career in Canada as a Sworn Police Officer.
With decades of experience in hospitality and entrepreneurship, Tom applies his passion for service and problem-solving to sustainable agriculture. As a former sales engineer and co-founder of PioneerWater Services, he has consistently championed environmental stewardship. His goal is to promote ethical resource use while helping agricultural producers reduce costs through Rev5’s economical, earth-friendly technology.
