Enerysync® Sulfur
Sulfur is an essential nutrient for plants, playing a crucial role in protein synthesis, enzyme function, and chlorophyll formation. It helps improve crop yield, enhances resistance to stress, and contributes to the formation of essential amino acids like cysteine and methionine. A deficiency in sulfur can lead to yellowing of young leaves, stunted growth, and reduced seed and grain production.
The Technology
Enerysync® Sulphur is an enhanced plant nutrient formulation derived from our proprietary reacted liquid Quantum Ag technology. Our liquid Sulphur is a sub nano particle formulation designed to cover and penetrate plant tissue. Our reacted liquid Quantum Ag technology allows for nutrients to be highly bio-available and quickly metabolized by the plant. The low amount of Sulphur allows for excellent crop safety and a more sustainable option.
Sulfur Nutrition
Sulphur, like nitrogen, moves readily in the soil and availability can vary greatly throughout a field. This means that when plants require Sulphur there may not be enough in certain areas of a field to supply crop needs. Depending on soil type, rainfall and placement, spring applied Sulphur may not provide the Sulphur the plants require later in the growing season. Oilseeds like canola, flax and sunflowers require more Sulphur than cereals for example. And the need for Sulphur, in these crops, skyrockets 5 to 6 weeks after emergence.
